Negotiations to find a new buyer for the Impress decor group, which is presently owned by the Austrian firm Constantia Industries are apparently close to an end. An agreement in principle was reached back in the first half of December. Mixed comments have been recently made regarding the state of play. The Polish investment firm intending to acquire Impress decor had reportedly signed initial paperwork back on 17 December. However, other sources have made it clear that it will likely take until the second half of January for all paperwork to be signed because the take-over affects several companies in the Impress decor group.
