This brutal penthouse is a stylish masculine space, not lacking in modern chic and elegance. Jane Kim Design created this penthouse for a bachelor, so dark colors, rough materials and metal prevail in the décor. There are lots of industrial touches like brick walls, a rough metal ladder, a brick hearth and industrial lamps. Rustic details like rough wooden benches and tables give coziness to the penthouse. The interests of the owner of the house are also incorporated into the design – there’s a collection of electrical guitars on the wall. Metal beams in the hallway and bathroom give a twist to the space.
