PM/BL series electric roller is powered by brushless DC motor. The brushless DC motor has the characteristics of large starting torque, wide speed range, high transmission efficiency, no excitation loss, strong overload capacity and long life. It is realized by combining the small diameter electric cylinder with the planetary reducer. The effect of large torque output of the small diameter electric cylinder has a wide application and prospect in light logistics transportation and transportation machinery with limited space.

Correspondingly, some conveyors and conveying equipment need to be adjusted according to the operating conditions of the equipment to cooperate with the production, and the driver matched with the brushless DC electric roller can meet customer needs. The brushless motor feeds back the rotor position to the control circuit through the Hall sensor, so that it can know the accurate time of motor phase reversal (sequence). Brushless motors have three Hall effect positioning sensors. The brushless motor has no brushes, so there is no relevant interface, so it is cleaner, has less acoustic noise, and in fact requires no maintenance, and has a longer service life.
The drive controller is divided into standard type and drive card type.
