Relay is a kind of electric control unit, which is an electric appliance to make the controlled volume generate appointed step change in the electric output circuit when the change of input volume(energizing quantity) reach the specified requirement. Relay is the automatic switch component that has the isolating function. And it’s usually applied in the fields of remote control, remote measurement, communication, automatic control, mechatronics and power electronic equipment, which is one of the most important control units.

We supplied the metal stamping parts of relay’s rivet contact, plug pin, wire connection terminal to the clients in the industries mentioned above, and we have rich experience in die making and stamping production. Especially for the spring plate riveted AgNi contact, we have performed fully automatic in-die riveting production, which our technology is ahead of peers and has received all the customers’ good comments. The relay metal parts must have simple shape and reasonable structure to be good for simplifying the die structure and stamping processes. That’s to use the least and simplest stamping processes to complete the whole process of the part, and to reduce to use other’s processing method. And meanwhile it will be also good for the stamping operation and convenient to achieve mechanical and automatic production to raise the labor productivity.

We have our own tool room and a team that has more than 10 years experience in die designing and making. We break through the technological difficulties in stamping industry and are able to achieve automatic riveting and automatic tapping in dies for massive production. We have the capability to develop and build more than 20 dies per month and the die development cycle is fast. The T1 samples can be provided around 12 days for prototyping dies and 20 days for formal production dies.
